Hi Beth, Now that we have returned home and the funeral event has been completed, I can reflect on the experience your family helped facilitate. I chose Simons because of a bad experience two years ago with the funeral home who managed the services for both my grandparents and my father in Pittsburgh. Also a family-owned business, there was too much of a gap in customer service between the father and the next generation. I thought, "there must be a better way to serve a grieving family". Your family has proven me right. Thank you for being gracious, for thinking of little things to make the funeral proceedings more dignified for the dead and an encouragement for those who are wanting to somehow celebrate in the midst of grief.
